What happens during my seven-day trial?+
Your trial starts the day you sign up. You complete a short intake form about your brand and connect your accounts, and our team begins onboarding and content creation for the plan you chose. It's your chance to experience how we work before your first payment.
Will I be charged today, and what happens on day 7?+
Nothing is charged today, but a card is required. On day 7, your card is automatically charged the one-time $99 setup and onboarding fee plus your first month (Starter $348, Growth $598, Pro $1,098). After that, billing continues every 30 days at your plan's monthly rate until you cancel.
How quickly will my content be ready?+
Work begins as soon as we have your brand details and account access. Exact timing for your first content and posts depends on how quickly onboarding is completed, so we don't promise a full month of content or live posts within the seven days.
How much work do I have to do after signing up?+
Very little. Fill out the intake form, connect your accounts, and share anything that makes your business different. From there, our team creates your posts, Stories, Reels, captions, and hashtags. You can review everything in your client dashboard.
How do I cancel, and what are the plan limitations?+
To avoid being charged, cancel before the end of your 7-day trial through the Stripe customer portal. The link is in your welcome email and in the footer of 24hsocial.com. You're responsible for canceling in time, and all sales are final with no refunds after day 7. Starter covers 2 platforms; each extra platform is $10/month. Please read the full trial terms before signing up.
What access do you need to my accounts?+
We ask for partner or editor access to the pages and profiles you want us to post to, so we can create and publish content without holding your login. You keep ownership of every account, and you can remove our access at any time.
What if I don't like the content?+
Tell us what is off and we revise it. You see everything in your client dashboard before it goes live, so nothing is published that you have not approved.
